Toronto Trip – December 29, 2018

The Booster Club is really looking forward to a great season.  With half of the games to be played at the old Barn, the excitement level is very high. From a club standpoint, we are hoping to better serve our members and maximize your membership experience.

One of the perks of membership in the club, is ROADTRIPS!!!  In recent years, the schedule has not been good to us as far as Saturday Night games on the road.  To be honest, this has hurt our Membership.  This season is different!!  For the first time in 26 years, we have a game on a Saturday Night in TORONTO!

The ticket situation in Toronto is difficult to say the least.  All seats in the arena are Season Ticket Holders ONLY.  There is no ‘group’ seating.  However, we have found that there is “GONDOLA” seating available!   These are like a suite, where we can have up to about 57 people and includes your ticket as well as unlimited food and soft drinks.  This is the ONLY way for us to get into the game.  WE HAVE ARRANGED TO RENT ONE FOR THE GAME ON DECEMBER 29^TH!!!  (HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!)

 Following are the details:

Bus ride to and from Long Island (LEAVING FRIDAY NIGHT & RETURNING LATE SUNDAY)

One-night hotel stay (within 8-10 minute walk to the arena and the Hockey Hall of Fame)

Gondola Ticket for the Game

Limit 50 people on the bus

We are looking at about $340 per person based on Double occupancy, $315 for Triple, $305 for Quad, and $425 for a Single.  This is an approximate cost and is based on 50 tickets sold.  We hope to finalize the costs as soon as we get further details from Toronto.  At this time, we will need a commitment!  A $100 DEPOSIT PER PERSON will reserve your spot.  This is necessary as we will need to give Toronto a deposit to hold the Gondola, reserve the bus and hotel.   ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE MEMBERS OF THE CLUB– NO EXCEPTIONS!
